Michael Seguin

I’m the Broker of Record at Keller Williams Experience Realty, a locally rooted, family-owned, agent-centric brokerage serving Barrie and Simcoe County.

My role is centered on supporting agents and helping create the kind of brokerage environment where people can grow, build strong businesses, and serve their clients well. I work closely with our agents and staff on the areas that matter most to long-term success: leadership, mentorship, compliance, risk management, productivity, and the systems that bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving business.

One of the most important parts of what I do is helping agents make sense of the regulatory and operational side of real estate in a practical, day-to-day way. Whether it involves TRESA, RECO, OREA, FINTRAC, brokerage standards, or risk management, I believe people do their best work when they feel supported, informed, and confident in how they move through the business.

I care deeply about culture, retention, and creating an environment where agents feel both challenged and supported. To me, a strong brokerage is not just built on policies and performance. It is built on trust, accountability, consistency, and a genuine commitment to helping people grow at every stage of their career. I believe leadership is about providing guidance, maintaining high standards, and creating the kind of stability that allows others to do their best work.
